Rules For Renting A Bike Or Scooter From Panda Biker
ANY EXTERNAL DAMAGE MADE TO THE VEHICLE HAS TO PAID BY THE RENTER
In case of emergency, the renter asks us to return the bike before or after the opening and closing time then extra charges will be applicable i.e. 500r. Per vehicle, no matter whether you are returning the vehicle before the tenure or returning it at rented tenure.
This is to say that I am aware of the risk in biking which is organized/ provided by Panda Biker and their associates. in consideration of Panda Biker furnishing services, or bike and gears to enable me to hire bike, I agree as follows: In a result of risk in the biking activity, if I get hurt or any mishap or damage to me or my belongings, I understand that I or my family cannot make any claim or sue Panda Biker to be legally responsible to pay for any damage.
As per estimated time, I will return the bike or I can take grace if my hiring duration is above 7 days, I will renew this MOU and clear the previous payment otherwise legal actions can be taken against me, and will be considered as bike theft. I have carefully read and understood the above statements and agreed to this and I voluntarily sign this form as evidence of acceptance to the terms and conditions and agree to bind with them.
- If found doing tripling in any of the rental scooty or bike, the vehicle shall be taken back anywhere anytime and deposited security will not be refunded back at any cause, the reason is whatever.
- If the vehicle is returned late by the renter the next day charge will be applicable.
- There is no responsibility of Panda Biker and the team of Panda Biker, if your vehicle got punctured or any other fault in riding the vehicle.
- If the renter drive the vehicle at night and any fault occurs in the vehicle there is no responsibility of Panda Biker and Team of Panda Biker.
- Kindly make proper video of the scooty/Bikes before taking a ride.
